Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from FunColoring.
Digital Products — All Sales Final
FunColoring products are digital downloads delivered Instantly. Once a file has been delivered/downloaded, it cannot be “returned”. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions – when we will help
We want funcoloring customers to be happy. We will issue a refund or send a replacement if:
- The download link does not work and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
- The file is corrupted or significantly different from its description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
To request help, email Support@funcoloring.in or reach us through contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details, and we will respond promptly.
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
Refunds Policy
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via CashFree, typically within 5-7 business days.
